I agree, however this week on primetime they are going to bring up a convincing argument about aliens and proof of their existence.
I don't know if I'll watch it yet.
They recycle the same rubbish every other decade and a new crop of recruited nitwits join the space search programs for want of a better tag.

I think on the pure statistics of how many stars and planets are "out there" that there is a probability: if not 1 then very close to 1 that other life exists. However, I very much doubt that alien life resembles Humans. Of course no self-respecting alien would have a bar of our tiny speck in the universe called Earth.  |

i had the thought that 'infinite' isnt the same as 'very big', so maybe the idea that in such a 'big' universe, there s bound to be other life elsewhere doesnt make sense?
Infinite has no size,and no time either....

I think that we are arrogant that, with a universe so vast, we think are the only form of life - whatever that may take. After all most religions talk about life after death. You need to know what immortality is firstly. -and the rest of us get the immortality which is spoken about everywhere else..........................sounds like a good deal to me..... when did you last see an angel? ( actually, Ive found a photo of one...)  I aint sure that I need to know what a thing is, in order to have/use it.. dunno how the TV works but I use it now and then...I have no idea how my body works an I even use that when I m not sat here being silly... |

Mortal = able to die Immortal = unable to die When my daughter was born she was everything I imagined an Angel should be and looked like. I suppose that is a what all proud fathers think. Now at the age of 64 she is still my Angel, so much an Angel we called her Angela. Instead of me watching over her the role has changed and it is her watching over me. Just saying. |
